Privacy note

This note describes how Route Field TA Workshop handles information when you enquire, visit the Lagodekhi room, or use page-routefield.click.

Who we are

What we collect

From the writing-desk form: name, email, phone, session of interest, and the note you type. From a visit: the sitting you attended, homework prints you choose to leave with us, and any reschedule requests. We do not ask for brokerage logins or account numbers, and we do not want them.

The site stores a cookie-preference flag in your browser if you accept or reject the banner. That flag is not sent to us as a profile.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to answer you and to hold a chair. We use visit notes to remember which drill you were assigned and to honour reschedule rules. We do not sell lists and we do not use enquiry details for advertising networks.

Sharing

We share details only when a payment processor or accountant must see a name and amount for a sitting paid at the room, or when the law requires it. Photograph hosts that serve images on this site receive ordinary web-request data from your browser; we do not upload your form contents to those hosts.

Retention

Unconfirmed form requests are deleted within 90 days. Confirmed booking notes are kept for two years so we can handle refund and reschedule questions. Journal prints you leave behind are returned or destroyed at the end of a coaching block unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Your requests

You may ask for a copy of the enquiry we hold, ask us to correct a name or phone number, or ask us to delete an unconfirmed request. Write to desk@page-routefield.click. We answer within one month.

Site logs

The machine that serves this website may keep standard connection logs for security. Those logs are not used to study retracement students as a marketing audience.
