Terms of use

These terms apply to visits at Route Field TA Workshop, Tabidze Boulevard 83, Lagodekhi, and to the public website at page-routefield.click. By booking a sitting or using the site, you agree to this note. The workshop is operated as an educational practice room for Fibonacci retracement study.

What we provide

We provide scheduled practice sittings, printed chart packs, and written notes related to drawing retracements. Content on this website describes those sittings. It is not a brokerage service, portfolio management, or a recommendation to trade any market.

Your responsibilities

You arrive on time for a reserved chair, treat other students’ prints as private, and keep brokerage platforms closed in the room unless an instructor has asked for a photographed homework sheet. You remain responsible for any trading decisions you make outside the workshop.

Bookings

Chairs are held when we confirm by phone or email. The website form is a request, not a completed booking, until we reply. Informational prices on session pages are not an offer of online sale; payment, when due, is arranged at the room or as stated in our confirmation note.

Conduct

We may end a sitting if a visitor records other students without consent, insists on live-signal discussion, or disrupts the silent drawing block. Fees for a sitting ended for conduct are handled under the refund page.

Intellectual work

House chart packs and drill sheets remain our materials. You may keep your own annotated prints. You may not copy the house pack for resale or for running a parallel class.

Website

We try to keep pages accurate. Session hours on the Retracement Lab page can change; the confirmation note for your chair is the version that counts. Links to photographs hosted elsewhere are provided for illustration.

Liability

To the extent Georgian law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you take after a practice sitting. We are responsible for running the room with ordinary care: a usable table, the sitting you booked, and the materials listed on the session page.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The date that matters for a booking is the version in force when we confirmed your chair.
