Refunds, cancellations, and missed chairs

This page applies to practice sittings at Route Field TA Workshop: guided drawing, cluster review, mapping, journal critique, the Thursday circle, the coaching block, and Retracement Lab chairs. We do not sell shipped goods, software licences, or recorded course libraries, so those models are not covered here.

Who can request a refund

The person named on the confirmation note, or someone writing from the same email we used to hold the chair. Telephone requests are accepted if we can match the sitting date and the name.

Timeframe

Ask at least two working days before a single sitting (guided drawing, cluster, mapping, journal, circle, or a lab block). Coaching-block refunds follow the block rules below. Requests after the sitting has started are treated as partial or declined, depending on how much of the hour was used.

Full refund

A sitting cancelled with two working days’ notice, and not yet started, is refunded in full if you had paid a deposit or prepaid the informational fee. If we cancel because an instructor is ill or the room cannot open, you receive a full refund or a new date, as you prefer.

Partial refund

If a sitting is stopped after it has begun because of a building problem on our side, we refund the unused portion measured in quarter-hours. If you leave early for your own reasons, the unused portion is not refunded.

Non-refundable items

House printed packs that have left the room with you are not refundable. Tea included in a circle night is not itemised or refunded. A circle chair released with less than two working days’ notice is not refunded because the cap is small and the pack is already printed.

How to ask

Write to desk@page-routefield.click with the sitting name, date, and whether you want money returned or a move to another lab hour. You may also call +995 599 120 350. We confirm in writing.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned the same way the sitting was paid (cash at the room, or bank transfer to the account that paid). We aim to complete the return within ten working days after approval. We do not process card checkout on this website.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Single sittings may be moved once if you give two working days’ notice. A second move is treated as a cancellation of the original chair; a new request joins the ordinary queue. Thursday circle chairs may be moved only to another Thursday within four weeks, subject to the eight-person cap.

Deposits

We may ask for a deposit to hold a Saturday mapping lab or a coaching block. The deposit is part of the sitting fee, not an extra product. It is refundable under the full-refund rule above.

No-shows

If you miss a reserved chair without notice, the fee for that sitting is due and is not refunded. We keep the print pack for seven days if you want to collect it; after that it returns to the house stack.

Work already started

Once anchors have been marked on a house print in a guided sitting, that sitting is treated as started. Homework notes already written between coaching visits are part of the block; they are not reversed as “unused product.”

Purchased materials

Optional extra print packs paid for at the desk are yours once taken. We do not repurchase annotated sheets.

Coaching block

The four-sitting block may be cancelled before the first visit with two working days’ notice for a full refund. After the first visit, we refund the unused sittings minus the first sitting at the stand-alone guided rate listed on the session page (informational). Each remaining sitting may be rescheduled once with two working days’ notice.

Exceptions

If border delays, documented illness, or a Lagodekhi transport closure prevent arrival, write within seven days; we will move the chair without counting it as your one reschedule. We do not refund because a market moved while you were in the room. Practice hours are for drawing, not for capturing a price.
